Planning / Programing
PROJECT PROGRAMME
Establishment of a Project Programme is of paramount importance in the construction industry. This document confirms the contractor’s scope of work, the intended time for performance of the work, and the logic and assumptions for successful performance and as such is a highly valuable tool.
Unfortunately, it is often found that (in the rush to get started) clients do not position themselves very well when creating this fundamental document, often leading to misinterpretations of scope, timing, logic and assumptions at a later date.
ELC aims to minimize such issues by reviewing of proposed contractors programmes or preparing high quality programmes on behalf of contractors for future reference and avoidance of doubt in protecting the needs and requirements of our clients.
Our construction experience and commercial knowledge of the industry enables ELC to ensure that our programmes are realistic and contractually comprehensive documents consistent with the Client’s objectives, and with full recognition of potential risks and opportunities.
