ELC have been appointed as the Independent Consultant to a financing party on the construction of a new International private school in Kuala Lumpur. The project is a complete new build state of the art facility and is due to commence ground breaking in the second quarter of 2016 for completion and opening of the school for the academic year in third quarter 2018.

ELC's appointment on the project is to provide Pre-Construction Stage Support, Construction Stage Progress Monitoring and Post Construction Final Inspection and Audit as an Independent Consultant to one of the funding entities for the project.
